What was the problem?

Heating a 600 m² structure so that several people can work in a precise temperature for the production of high-tech materials dedicated to innovation and sports competition.

Find a way to achieve the 18°C temperature inside the structure without wasting energy with the heating solution provided.

LEO-L unit heaters

LEO-EL unit heaters are designed to heat large buildings such as industrial halls, workshops, car showrooms, warehouses, pavilions, sports facilities, sacred buildings such as churches, and so on.
They are controlled by the intelligent T-box system (touch screen).
In addition, the heater is equipped with an overheating protection system (heater and fan).
The special feature of these electric unit heaters is their ability to adapt and regulate temperature according to air flow.

The intelligent T-box system

The intelligent T-box system with touchscreen makes it quick and easy to set the unit’s operating parameters. A large, clear display makes it easy to read the unit’s operating status. A T-box system can control up to 31 units integrated in the flowair system. The T-box system is equipped with a weekly programmer, which automatically starts and stops all units according to the user’s needs, and selects the operating mode: heating, cooling, ventilation. It also enables the fans to operate in:
– Continuous mode – once the programmed temperature has been reached, the heating fluid switches off while the fan runs at the selected rate,
– Thermostatic mode – once the programmed temperature has been reached, the heating fluid switches off and the fan stops. The T-box controller enables controlled units to be connected to the integrated BMS building management system. If the units are controlled via the T-box system by a single address in the BMS, up to 31 units can be controlled independently.
