Frost-proofing a building under construction

aérotherme eau chaude

Achievements

Installation of 8 LEO BOB hot water unit heaters (45 kW/3800m3/h) connected to a hot water loop to protect a building from freezing. This is connected to a 250 kW mobile oil-fired boiler on the first floor. Fluid connections are temporarily routed via smoke extraction ducts to distribute all energy over the 5 floors. All supply and return lines are connected to distribution feeders close to the boiler. Hot water distribution is uniform and at 45°C on all 5 floors, and the system operates according to customer specifications.
